Welcome to Presfx.com (“Presfx,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live).
If you create an account, you’re responsible for it and for safeguarding your login. Tell us right away about any unauthorized use.

2) Digital Products & License

When you purchase a digital item, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one user/seat to use the files in your own projects (including commercial projects).
Allowed: Use in videos, social posts, client work, and other end-products. Credit is appreciated but not required.
Not allowed: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or include the files as standalone assets, templates, packs, or source files. Don’t claim our assets as your own.
No model training: You may not use our files to train, fine-tune, or improve AI/ML models.
Contact us for multi-seat or extended licensing.

3) Delivery & Quantity Limit

Digital items are delivered instantly by download/email link after successful payment.
Quantity limit: 1 per digital product (one license covers your download). Buying multiples won’t add extra files.

4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for the amount shown, plus any applicable taxes.
Currency conversion and fees are handled by your payment provider.

5) Buyer Protection & Verification (Rare)

To keep payments safe, a small number of orders may be flagged (e.g., medium/high-risk):

You’ll receive “Quick verification needed for your order #[number]” from “Order Verification – Presfx.”
Email shows your Order #, Date, Product and includes a secure link.
We only ask for a photo showing the last 4 digits of the card used (never full card or CVV).
Verify within 24 hours for automatic approval. Unverified orders may be canceled. Any pending authorization will be voided and you won’t be charged.

6) No Refunds (Digital Products)

All sales are final once a digital product is delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
We’re support-first: we’ll re-send links, fix email typos, replace missing/corrupt files, and resolve duplicate purchases (store credit at our discretion). See our Return & Refund Policy.

7) Compatibility & Requirements

Please review product pages for software/version requirements before purchasing. Free samples and previews are provided where available. You’re responsible for ensuring compatibility.

8) Intellectual Property

All content and products on the Services are owned by Presfx or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Except for the license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred.
DMCA/Reports: If you believe something infringes your rights, email info@presfx.com with details (URL, proof of ownership, contact info).

9) User Content (Reviews, Feedback)

You keep ownership of anything you submit (e.g., reviews). By submitting, you grant Presfx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Don’t post illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

10) Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse the Services (no scraping, reverse engineering, or introducing malware). Don’t violate others’ rights or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11) Promotions & Coupons

Discounts and promotions have posted terms and may change or end at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions can’t be stacked or applied to past orders.

12) Third-Party Services (incl. Shopify)

Our store runs on Shopify and may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites.

13) Disclaimers

The Services and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presfx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Presfx and our team harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

16) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
Informal resolution first: Contact info@presfx.com and we’ll try to resolve quickly.
Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver (where permitted): Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. No class actions or class arbitrations. You and Presfx each retain the right to file in small-claims court where available. (If your local law prohibits arbitration or waivers, those parts won’t apply.)

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
